The Positivity Project (P2) is designed to help schools create a culture centered on character and relationships. With a strengths-based approach grounded in positive psychology’s 24 character strengths, P2 empowers students to recognize their strengths and build positive relationships that foster personal and schoolwide growth.
Whether your school is looking to enhance its current efforts or implement P2 as a standalone positive character education initiative, P2’s low-prep resources, engaging lessons, and proven framework provide a simple and effective solution for building a positive school community.
If you’d like to explore how P2 integrates with your school’s existing initiatives, we’re happy to connect.

The Positivity Project meets the criteria for a Tier 2 evidence-based intervention under ESSA. Therefore, the cost of a P2 partnership is an eligible evidence-based intervention for schools to include under Title I, II, and IV.
Through impactful lessons, classroom discussions, and reflections on character, students learn to identify, appreciate, and articulate character strengths in themselves and others. Concepts taught through P2 blend with national curriculum standards across core subjects and grade levels. See below for our K–12 Academic Curriculum Standards Alignment and for examples of how educators have used P2 to enhance their students’ ELA assignments.
