Positivity Project Planners
Positivity Project planners help students stay organized while reinforcing the 24 character strengths they learn through P2 every day. Each edition maps directly to P2’s 37-week annual calendar, so the character strength your school focuses on each week appears right inside the planner students carry with them. Available in elementary, middle school, and high school editions with your school’s name on the cover, these school planners for students turn daily planning into another opportunity to build character and strengthen your school’s culture. Three Editions Designed for Every Grade Band
Positivity Project planners come in three editions, each tailored to the developmental needs of the students using them.
Elementary School Edition
Weekly planning pages feature daily cues that help younger students track their day in a structured, age-appropriate format. Printed in full color on durable paper, the elementary planner makes organization visual and engaging for students who are still building time-management habits.
Middle School Edition
As students begin juggling multiple classes and after-school activities, the middle school planner introduces daily cues for tracking assignments by class period. Two-page monthly spreads give students a broader view of upcoming deadlines and events, helping them develop the planning skills they will carry into high school and beyond.
High School Edition
The high school planner is built for students managing academics, extracurriculars, and personal goals at the same time. It includes structured cues for prioritizing tasks and balancing responsibilities, reinforcing character strengths like self-regulation, perseverance, and judgment in a practical, everyday context.

Character Strengths Integration All Year Long
Because every Positivity Project planner maps to P2’s annual calendar, students encounter the same character vocabulary in their planner that they hear during daily lessons. This kind of repeated exposure across different parts of the school day supports long-term retention. When a student reads “perseverance” in a Monday morning lesson and then sees it again while planning their week, that strength becomes part of how they think, not just something they heard once.
For schools implementing P2 within an MTSS framework, school planners for students add another layer of consistent, proactive support that reaches every student without requiring additional preparation from teachers. The planner reinforces Tier 1 character education in a format students interact with on their own throughout the day.
Built for Your School’s Identity
Every Positivity Project planner features a customized cover with your school’s name, so students feel a sense of ownership and pride from day one. Schools can choose from standard P2 cover designs in black, green, navy, or white, or submit their own artwork for a fully custom look. Covers are finished with soft-touch lamination for a premium feel and added durability throughout the school year.
All editions are coil-bound with rounded corners for everyday use. Elementary and middle school planners are 8.5″ x 11″, while the high school edition comes in a 7″ x 8.5″ format. A three-hole punch add-on is available for elementary and middle school editions.

Choose Your Start Date
Schools can select either an August or September start date to match their academic calendar. Bulk pricing is available for school-wide orders, with per-planner savings increasing at higher quantities.
