P2 Educator Town Hall: EdTech + Distance Learning
By Tiffany HendrickThe social and public structures that we rely on are rapidly changing and we want to ensure that we’re supporting you as much as possible. For many of us, that means learning how to navigate this new remote/work-from-home environment while still being everything to everyone around us. It’s a lot to handle.
At P2, we know that the shift to working from home can be overwhelming, but we want to help you navigate your new work environment. We have always been a fully remote team, so we are continuing to develop programs that will help you to navigate what has become an extended departure from the incredible work that you do every day in your classroom.
Below you will find a special installment of our P2 Educator Town Hall: Lead Yourself First Series. Frank Adamo, our EdTech Coordinator and also an 8th grade English Teacher, discusses how to maximize our distance learning tools.
Additionally, Lisa Craig Principal at East Hill Elementary School in NY, shares how her staff is using their character strengths during the pandemic. Click here to see the slideshow.
Also, in the recording below, you will here Maureen “Mo” Mulderig, P2 NY State Leader and retired principal, talks about the card used to send home for parents on how to use the Character Strength of the week. Click here for that example.

We hope that all of these Town Halls help you to both navigate your new routine and reduce some of the stress that comes with change. We are all adjusting. But we see you out there doing an awesome job, so keep up the good work. Your students are lucky to have you, and so are we!
