P2 Educator Town Hall: Lead Yourself First, Managing Remote Teams

By Tiffany Hendrick

The social and public structures that we rely on are rapidly changing and we want to ensure that we’re supporting you as much as possible.  For many of us, that means learning how to navigate this new remote/work-from-home environment while still being everything to everyone around us.  It’s a lot to handle.

At P2, we know that the shift to working from home can be overwhelming, but we want to help you navigate your new work environment.  We have always been a fully remote team, so we are continuing to develop programs that will help you to navigate what has become an extended departure from the incredible work that you do every day in your classroom.

Below you will find the third installment of our P2 Educator Town Hall: Lead Yourself First Series led by our co-founder and chairman, Mike Erwin, who is also the author of Lead Yourself First: Inspiring Leadership Through Solitude.

We hope that all of these Town Halls help you to both navigate your new routine and reduce some of the stress that comes with change. We are all adjusting. But we see you out there doing an awesome job, so keep up the good work. Your students are lucky to have you, and so are we!
