Coronavirus Challenge Winner: Joshua Tewolde

By Tiffany Hendrick

Grand Blanc High School hosted a Coronavirus Challenge in which students from both the high school and West Middle School were asked how they could spread kindness throughout their community.

First place winner at West Middle School, Joshua Tewolde (right) wanted to find a way he could help without compromising anyone’s safety.  After enlisting some help from his younger brother, the two decided to perform concerts, via teleconference and YouTube, for nursing homes around the state.  Their concerts have gotten so popular that they have expanded to nursing homes across 20 states!  To watch a performance by this talented duo, click the image above.
