Eric Lloyd

Eric Lloyd is Deputy Head of Barings’ Global Markets, Head of Barings’ Global Private Fixed Income Group and Chief Executive Officer of Barings BDC, Inc. (NYSE: BBDC). He is responsible for managing all aspects of Barings’ global private fixed income enterprise. He also oversees Barings Asian Investment teams in Greater China and Korea.  Eric has worked in the industry since 1990 and his experience has encompassed leadership positions in investment management, investment banking, leveraged finance and risk management. Eric holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce. Eric and his wife, Elizabeth, have three children.
