A2: School leaders or a designated P2 implementation team, which could include administrators, teachers, and support staff, should complete the plan.
A3: Yes, the plan is provided as an editable PDF, allowing you to customize it according to your school’s specific needs and goals.
A4: No. For the best experience, please download and open the document using a standalone PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview for macOS). Opening this PDF in a web browser may cause issues, such as losing progress when clicking on links.
A5: The toolbox includes hyperlinked resources along the left-hand side of the plan, offering support for classroom and school-wide integration, staff professional learning, and communication with families. Click on those links to view them in a web browser of your choice.
A6: Success can be measured through various means, such as feedback from staff and students, observations of school culture changes, and the integration of P2 principles in daily interactions and teaching. Additionally, you can use the Student Risk Screening Scale – Internalizing and Externalizing (SRSS-IE) available here.
A7: The toolbox is designed to be flexible. If you encounter challenges, consider adapting the strategies suggested in the sample plans or contact the P2 Team for advice and support.
A8: It’s recommended to review and update your plan at least annually to reflect changes in school priorities, feedback from the school community, or new insights from your P2 implementation.
