Ready to become a Positivity Project (P2) Partner School? If 2025-26 will be your school’s FIRST YEAR as a P2 Partner School, complete the form below. As soon as that’s complete, we’ll send you the next steps to get your staff set up with full access to P2 resources!

Please note that this is a Cooperative Service Agreement (CoSer) through Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES (CoSer #511.003). 

This means that BOCES will pay The Positivity Project $3,995 and then invoice your district for $3,995 (plus a 5.4% BOCES administrative fee) for a total of $4,210.73 per school. Your district will be reimbursed at your state aid ratio by New York State in the next fiscal year. For example, if your district has a 70% state aid ratio, your district will be reimbursed $2,947.51 ($4,210.73 x .70) next fiscal year for your school's partnership. 

If your school is in a district outside Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES, you will need to ensure that your school district superintendent/designee and local BOCES superintendent/designee have signed the cross contract and emailed it to Doug Tomandl at [email protected] and Frank Adamo at [email protected]. Please note that this payment will run through SLL BOCES. This means that SLL BOCES will pay The Positivity Project $3,995 and then invoice your district for $3,995. Your district will be reimbursed at your state aid ratio by New York State in the next fiscal year. For example, if your district has a 70% state aid ratio, your district will be reimbursed $2,796.50 ($3,995 x .70) next fiscal year for your school's partnership.

P2 Leader:

Every Partner School has a single P2 Leader, who works alongside the principal. When choosing this person, we recommend that this individual is enthusiastic about The Positivity Project -- and ensuring its effective implementation in your school.

The P2 Leader is responsible for:
  • Working with the principal to ensure staff members are provided training opportunities to effectively implement P2
  • Ensuring staff members can access P2 resources to teach P2
  • Serving as the communications point person between the Partner School and the P2
  • Ensuring Staff members are aware of the resources available to them and follow P2 emails for any updates or additions
  • Telling the Partner School's story through writing, video, and social media

Implementation Plan
